Row-house Yard

Our clients decided that it was time to rethink their worn-out old space. The original space did not have much patio area, and the staircase cut straight through the middle of the “garden area”. The natural lawn struggled as the yard is so shady and has lots of ancient tree roots crisscrossing beneath it. Our Design planned to create an attractive, low maintenance space that our clients could spend time in with family and friends. Our design included: a large paver patio; an artificial lawn; a new staircase; landscape lighting; and a shade tolerant, perennial planting plan.
